Dr. Antonius ”Tony” Rivera

Hi, I’m Dr. Tony Rivera, proof that where you start doesn’t have to determine where you finish. I’m a foster youth alum, educator, speaker, and collector of more degrees than my wall probably has room for. Somewhere along the way, I traded surviving for thriving and made it my mission to help others do the same.

Through Fostering Minds, I help young people, leaders, and organizations close opportunity gaps and unlock potential that’s been hiding in plain sight. I’m the creator of the 3P Advantage™: Prime Your Story, Pivot Your Approach, and Prepare Your Plan. Think of it as a GPS for success, minus the annoying “recalculating” voice.

Whether I’m speaking on stage, coaching a team, or challenging outdated systems, my goal is simple: help people see beyond their current circumstances and build the future they deserve. Because being underestimated is frustrating, but proving people wrong can be pretty fun.
