Pat Fish

I’m Patrick Fish, founder of Circle Values. I’m based in Saratoga and grew up in South Glens Falls. I have a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and have spent the past seven years working with thousands of K–12 students and educators across hundreds of schools.

My work lives at the intersection of school culture, community building, and student leadership. I’m known for creating experiences that help people lower their guard, participate, and genuinely connect—whether I’m working with kindergartners, high school seniors, teachers, or administrators.

Outside of work, I’m a new dad and a longtime volunteer with the South High Marathon Dance.

My bailiwick is helping schools turn their values from words on a wall into something students and adults actually experience.

I specialize in community-building play, facilitated circles, cross-age mentorship, student leadership, and staff development. People come to me when they care deeply about school culture but need an engaging, practical way to strengthen connection, communication, empathy, and belonging throughout the district.

At the heart of it, I help people feel seen—and help communities become more intentional about how they support one another.

Circle Values begins by listening. We do not bring a school its values. We help its people name, practice, and live them together.

The work is built around each district’s existing strengths, stories, traditions, needs, and goals. It is not a canned SEL curriculum, a one-day assembly, or another program schools are expected to squeeze onto an already crowded plate. We work alongside students, staff, administrators, and families to strengthen what the school is already trying to build.

Older students are given meaningful opportunities to lead. Younger students gain role models they recognize and trust. Staff members develop practical tools they can continue using. The goal is for the work to become part of the community—not something that only happens when I am in the building.

Circle Values helps schools build cultures where students and adults feel seen, connected, and responsible for one another. We work with each district to identify the values that matter most and bring them to life through play, meaningful conversation, student leadership, cross-age mentorship, and staff training. It’s a customized, ongoing partnership designed to strengthen what a school already does and give its people the tools and ownership to carry it forward.
