Riley Markle

My name is Riley Markle. I was born and raised in central New York but currently live in Gansevoort with my husband and daughter.

As the firm's Operations Manager, I oversee firm operations and project management while leading our marketing strategy, social media presence, and firm culture initiatives. I support business development efforts, manage brand messaging across digital platforms, and help showcase our firm’s expertise, people, and community involvement. I’m also closely involved in internal operations, including software and systems management, process improvement, billing coordination, and cross-team projects that help keep the firm running efficiently and consistently.

I love that our firm is so close-knit, with genuine connections that extend beyond work. We’re truly friends, and it makes coming to work that much more enjoyable.

A little-known fact about me that might surprise you is that my bachelor's degree is a dual major in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Emergency Preparedness with a minor in Psychology. Originally, I planned to pursue a career path in law, but I discovered a passion for operations, strategy and building systems that support growing businesses. I love creating a fun, engaging atmosphere for our team and enjoy planning firm events and initiatives that strengthen culture and connection.
